wanted to initially to act and advise us concerning reactivation of a contract with Diamond Resorts following its acquisition by Hilton. This effectively meant that timeshare points we surrendered to Diamond on reaching the age at which we could surrender our membership were now subject to admin fees. We were passed from one "agent" to another, 3 in total. They wanted to visit us to discuss the issue before they could offer advice. On a subsequent call, having taken some advice, I said I would now proceed without having first received paper copies of all that they were saying. Call ended very quickly by saying they would now return the file to the Trust. Seemed to me to have all the makings of a scam

They wanted to defend us concerning a CCJ allegedly taken out against us by Muhtu Timeshare. We've been out of timeshare for years now, and didn't leave any debt at all behind when we left.
