This number rang @ 8.55am today ( sat 1st March 2025), I didn't answer and don't know anyone in Cheltenham or this area. All my numbers are TPS registered. Thus was likely to have been another scam cold call / caller trying thier luck, and hiding behind both automated dialing and VOIP technology with the use of AI voice recorded messages.

"Local energy adviser"; AI type call with dead non-responsive voice talking about lost insulation. When I asked a question they hung up.
