Claimed to be the tenants’ ‘Housing Officer’ responding to my report of an issue in my property. I actually have raised some issues but I own my home, and they would not clarify who they were when I asked several times, then they hung up.
Claiming to be about a house repair that i had reported and that her name was Mike. Not reported any repairs now blocked.

Said I'd reported an issue with my property. Dodgy line. Slow response from caller to my questions.
