I didn't answer the call but didn't recognise the number I didn't see them call but saw a missed call from them

Called me 010825 at 17.17 hrs. I did not answer as number not recognised. Call originates from Birmingham and I do not know anybody in Birmingham. Only rang for 10 seconds and hung up. No doubt scammer. Number blocked and reported.
