Said they were calling about housing repairs I had reported. Utter rubbish - when I challenged they hung up. Impossible to call back. Presumably trying to scam people in some way.

Calling about housing repairs . when asked who they represent they said all councils , and changed subject to my reported housing issues. i have not done this.
