Caller asked me about my 'housing issues' as if I had already put in a ticket with them. Could not hear where they said they were calling from though, even when I asked to repeat it. I asked what housing issues they meant - they said, do you have any issues with damp, mould etc and I said no, so they said thanks and ended the call. More like a telemarketer than a scam.
