Caller used my name but just mumbled when I asked who was calling. Said the call was about my vehicle and it was a “vehicle verification check”. I put phone down.
Your local energy advisor - get 3 to 4 of these calls every week sometimes within 15 mins of each other, mix of both male and female callers. Lots of other numbers used as well. They put the phone down when you ask which company they work for. Internet suggest they are scam calls others reviews state they use high pressure sales techniques - asking you to pay for someone to come round to assess your home insulation which in turn they try to sell you more.
