Electricity scam call. Wants details of electric bills/ me to send pictures via wahtsapp of bills etc. Called me an idiot when told no information could be provided.

I am assuming that this is a scam caller who initially said he wanted to discuss our electricity contract. He then laughed and hung up. I blocked the number and he then called back on 0121 369 0511 and asked why I had hung up on him. I said I didn't, you hung up on me and then he called me an idiot and hung up. I have since blocked this number also.
