The caller proclaimed to be from Central Telecom, and was calling to advise me that my EE mobile phone contract had expired a week ago and needed to be updated. When asked why I had not been advised via email (as per norm) she could not answer. Having kept her on the phone for several minutes while I checked my app (didn't really), she finally agreed that her list may be out of date, I suggested that she should speak with her line manager as they were obviously using out of date information. Fun over.....
