I had a call from this number today. He said his name was James and then went on to talk about loft insulation. There was the usual spaces between comments which indicated he wasn't real and when I spoke and told them it is illegal to cold call a residential number he Co tinued with is speak. I asked several times to have my number removed from the database before finally a woman's voice said thank you and ended the call. This was AI and an unwanted cold call
