I answered the phone and said hello. I could only hear ethnic babble. The caller put the phone down.

Spastic scammer can only just about speak English. I got bored talking to them after I told them my name was Rolf Harris and was once a famous artist. The minute he started calling me Rolf input the phone down and blocked the number.
