WARNING! Email message telling me I’d been billed for £120 for a McAfee subscription I didn’t sign up for. Thought it might be a scam. Didn’t ring the number but phone traced to a landline in Bristol. How can this be allowed to go on unchecked/reported/punished?

Received email same as above, with phone number to call. Mcafee is only £29 full protection so it's definitely spam Looks very good imitation, email came from a gmail account, another reason for it to be spam
total scam, phishing for card details, regarding mcafee subscription, phishing for card details,
Received an email from “McAfee” saying I owe them £120 (lol), I’m with Norton anyway so I knew it was a scam. Tried to “contact” me but couldn’t get any reply (lol) that’s because your waiting for me to call you. Even at the bottom of the email it states copyright 2021, companies will use the year we are currently in. Even though it’s a scam….made me laugh anyway because it’s poor. Be savvi people!!!
Email claiming to McAfee - scam - private email address - phone number is not McAfee support line.
Email today 8 nov claiming to be mcafee updating my security for £120 . I’m covered until next year so knew it was fake and the English used wasn’t quite right I have reported it to mcafee.
Same as others E-Mail supposedly from Mcafee claiming I was being charged £120 for product. Must be a less sophisticated scam as no link just a phone number. Dead sure it was a scam but thought I'd see if anyone else had it before reporting.
As per above comments. Email about my supposed McAfee subscription. Pretty obvious it is a scam. Didn't actually call the number.
email as above quoting the same contact telephone number - defo scam
They ask you to ring the number to get your card detail. Thanks to others for reporting this number.
Scam had email saying they took £120 from my account so searched official site and no such number appears on there site
Same email as above quoting the same contact telephone number
I also had the same email as above comments. Guessed it was a scam but reading the other comments definitely confirms it!
Same as above, this number was included in an email supposedly from McAfee. Guessed it was a scam.
Trying to get £120 out of people. Be aware it's a SCAM!
