Called twice yesterday from a Bristol land line number. Abruptly asked me to confirm my name. When I refused, he told me "it was a simple question to answer" and demanded several times that I confirmed my name i,e "are you xxx xxxx". When I refused and asked where he was calling from, he muttered "First Direct". When I informed him I wouldn't be confirming anything he said "I'll hang up and call you every 5 minutes until you answer" in a threatening tone. We all think we can spot the scammers.
