Wanting to help me with my Wifi / internet as apparently it is not secure! When I ask he told me his office was based in London - although this is a Bristol number. I could not understand the company name that he said he was from but it included the word Openreach - but clearly not BT related! - I suspect he was after details off the back of the router.
