Called and ask to speak to “Insert Surname”. Then proceeded to tell me I had a PCP claim against a vehicle (insert reg) for £5900. Tell them I bought the car out right and it was never on PCP; they hung up. Data was also old as I haven’t owned that car in five years.
Wanted to ask me question like survey specified that I just have to say yes or no when I asked what was the purpose of it he started to get angry then I hang up
