Haven't answered and it went into voicemail. In voicemail no one has talked but could hear call centre noise, so probably scam as legitimate callers leave message on voicemail.

Say that it is vodafone offering me a 40% discount on my account which I will see in my vodafone app. Then they said they would send me a text message to confirm. I then got a security code message (the one you use for accessing the app) which they asked for..
