Anna from British Gas (she's not from Britishgas), I declined to answer questions. She's called me from a Nottingham and a Leicester number within minutes of each call. 3 calls in total.

The Indian accented man claimed to be from Total Energies Gas & Power Ltd, claiming there has been a technical error on our account and needed to confirm meter information. I googled the number which showed me the number is operated by Voxbone SA. I confronted the caller who still insisted he was from Total Energies, then claimed he was from a Meter Reading company, then again said he was from Total Energies. I called him out and was still carrying on saying he was from Total Energies. Please do not trust this guy/company.
