Apparently carphone warehouse calling me on behalf of 3 (my network provider). Baring in mind 3 do not affiliate with car phone warehouse and you cannot buy a phone on 3 from carphone warehouse

Apparently an end of tenancy cleaning service (I'm not a landlord or a tenant). Called back but just a real scratchy undecipherable message so hung up.
