Indian sounding man called today during another call on my wife’s mobile, saying this call is important! He didn’t like being told she was on another call and he hung up. I always come hear to check out these calls and it looks like ano fraudster chancing it. Reported as Scam/Fraud, and thanks to the others who wrote reports.
They called to say they are cancelling my SIM and its important i stay with him on the call and listen to his instructions - very rude, abrasive and definitely not a call originating in the UK
They told me that my number will be stopped due to complaints about poor network from customers and if I do not give them my details they will be stopping my phone. He also stated that I didn’t have anything to pay. When I said if my provider had any problems with connection and network they should communicate that to me directly via the usual comms channels and how by giving him my details would I know that this is not fraudulent, he hang up on me.
