Told me my sim would be blocked and would send out a new sim card which would be 5G but it sounded like they were saying ‘faulty Sim card’ I hung up and they called back immediately and were quite rude so I hung up again, I rang my provided who confirmed it was nothing to do with them. They only had my name and obviously my number
Pretended to be from EE. Asked for my email address and told me my card was about to be blocked and would need a new card put on my account. Didn't know my name (even though presumably they have the details of my account) and refused to send a text message as proof of validity.
