Cold call from Sarah from Capital Connect trying to flog a Whisky Market investment "with returns of 14%pa and minimum investment of £5k" using a standard sales patter that used overpromising language.

Wanted to know about my house and offer a free insulation survey. Quite clearly recorded with pauses for answers. Told them that I lived in a cardboard box and they still persisted. Number now blocked
