Just called me, no answer the other end. Suspect it’s a scam

This number has called me today and rang off as soon as I answered it. I suspect it is spam/robocaller/scam. I will block the number it is associated with Voxbone SA, the same as a number which has been calling me daily which I blocked 30 minutes ago, so they have simply switched to a new number as they suspected they would. This is getting into harassment territory now.
