Took a call from this number asking if I had any property issues such as damp etc. I have had this type of call before and I believe this is a form of advanced fee fraud where they are looking for fees up front to deal with issues in the private rental market. i.e. they will recoup costs from landlords for defective property. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM.

Didn't answer as I didn't know the number and then searched, as suspected spam so have blocked. In my opinion, if they don't leave a message, they aren't calling about anything I want to know about.
