FRAUD/SCAM Caller will state they're from o2 and offer you a discount. They will try and access your o2 account at which point you will be sent a verification code from o2. Caller will ask for this code. If you hand over this code they will access your o2 account and change your details and then proceed to order phone devices. DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY CONVERSATION - HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!
