0113 522 0203 A man rang from Leeds stating he deals with councils and housing associations and had i got any problems with any outstanding repairs in my house and could he help me...I asked him why would i have any problems with any repairs and all he did was keep on fumbling over his words..I explained it was against the law for him to be cold calling and that he could get fined heavily , he said yes i know i could so i asked why was he still wanting to speak about it then ...he couldnt answer it..i have spoken to my housing association and local district council to warn about these scammers
