Initially silent line which then went on to talk about the same housing repair association others have mentioned. Didn't refer to me by name so clearly didn't have any link to my landlord or letting agent, who I have spoken to about issues with my house before, so I hung up. Clearly spam.

Just rang and asked if I had problems with my house. Scam.
I have had the same as other commenters on here. Called me saying he was from The Housing Repair Association and that I had reported cracks and other damages on my house. I recently moved into a new build so thought it could be plausible so I asked him to confirm who had reported it as it wasn't me - expecting him to confirm the builders and site manager name but he couldn't and then he just hung up the phone. Definitely a scam of some kind!

Same - saying he gad reports I had damp problems in the house - call was on my work mobile!
Caller saying he's received reports that I have problems with my house. Can't tell me who the reports are from or what the problems are though. Pathetic.
No one replied on pick up. No noise either.
