Legit caller, (Jet 2 holidays). I had recently cancelled a holiday I booked via jet 2 as I booked the wrong dates, and they allowed me to book a new holiday using the deposit I had previously paid, which couldn’t be refunded.

Jet2 Special Assistance in our case. It's a "back-office" number It just isn't the booking/ reservations number, although the menu is the same. As is the really LOUD mika holding music that blows your ears off. Usual friendly Jet2 staff.
