Used the flashlight app last night and noticed today a £2.50 charge for a 3 second call, the phone just dialled after i finished using the app, what a can

I have this listed on my itemised bill and it has never been called,been charged over £2 for this!

I was just relaxing listen to " carry on my wayward son" when Siri randomly popped up then it rang this number 09136660109

was on coin dozer and then this happens..

Just had same experince - 19 minutes I was not aware of ,costing over £50. It could well be related to the Flashlight App that others have mentioned

I complained to Mobilityware about this, and their response was: "Thanks for your email and sorry you are having an issue with unauthorized calls on your device. The issue you have experienced was caused by an advertisement being able to access your device and place phone calls. We have contacted our ad network and asked that these ads be removed immediately. We have also asked that they ban any future advertisements that access the phone on your device. We are not able to refund your money but you should contact the number or apple about the charge and have it credited back to your account."

Just checked my bill and discovered a £2.50 call to this number made on 17th March. No idea who the hell it is and I definitely DID NOT make the call. 2 seconds and £2.50 worse off. I've just blocked the number on my phone, I don't have many apps (Coin dozer, farm heroes saga, that sort of thing) so wondering how the hell this call was made? My advice would be check your bills regularly

hi there I was playing coin dozer on my iphone and put the phone on the side , I came back to find my phone had called this number 09136660109 by it self , the call was 8 mins long at a cost of 16.50, what the hell is going on , someone needs to sort this out, Ofcom , get on the case and sort it

I've been stung for £7.50 for less than 3 minutes, only by pure chance did I notice this number had been called when my daughter was playing a game on my phone. Surely there must be a way to block the phone calling it? If anyone knows how then please share...thanks

Checked my biil and found £40 charge to 01913 6660109. I did not dial this number. I too had flashlight on my phone, does this connect automatically to this number? Can anyone help? O2 not interested in helping they must know it is some sort of scam. Who can I contact? Any ideas gratefully received! Tony

I've had the same- a £2 charge for a 7second call to this number I rang O2 and they refused to reimburse me for the £2 charge, but the I threatened to leave then let them pursue me through the courts for the outstanding bill (yes, I know, but I was angry). And they gave in and have credited my account with the amount.

A game automatically opened an ad which then automatically dialed this number 😡

Was on an app this morning didn't even realised my phone had rang this number.. 10minutes later after closing an app it popped up saying I was on a call to them, no voices or anything so ended the called! Checked my bill to the shock of a £40 call to them😡

My phone called it and I didn't even dial the number 😩😡

I've just had exactly same experience after using the "flashlight" app on iPhone. Voices talking about finding an apartment. Lucky I heard it, as phone was on the floor. Please someone remove this number!!
