My Partner phoned this number thinking in was Evri’s parcels number as she had a parcel missing but it’s a premium number and was charged £6 by EE for making a 5 second call.

I have been charge a huge amount for using this phone number but I cannot trace using this number. I think my mobile phone has been scammed.

Email allegedly from EVRI claimed there was a problem with my delivery. Directed us to this phone number which is a premium rate number, nothing to do with EVRI. Had I not been expecting a parcel, I would have ignored it but as I was expecting a delivery, I fell for the scam. Hopefully just the cost of the phone call ...... How the heck these people know what's going on!!
