0843 868 9916 another number trying to find working numbers it records them and distributes the number on a list that other scammers use to rob people,make sure you addit to your block list so they can't ever call your number and then pester you with scam calls . Number logged and reported to Ofcom and BT investigations for prosecution of these wastrels.

Number operated by Numbers Telecom Ltd - they call then hang up immediately trying to entice a call back to a lengthy recorded message which is charged for at Premium Rate
