0843 724 0371 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

Wish I could block this caller without having to download all kinds of apps on my mobile phone. So annoying!

Got a missed call from this no. Guess I will be blocking it.

Had a call this morning from 0843 724 3147, it was about my life insurance. I listened the whole message to hear company name but it just ended because i did not press 5 or 9. Number now blocked.

Number called me during my beauty sleep. Didn't answer. Read the comments here. Never will answer.

Voicemail - only got the last few seconds about "…take advantage of these savings".

I've had 2 of these in the last 2 days from the same number about different so called claims. If you phone back it gives you the option to opt out by pressing 9.

Phoned at 9.20am today again saying I was entitled to lower life insurance premiums. Press 5 for a call back within 48 hours! Pressed end call and blocked the number.

Just received an automated call saying that I was entitled to lower life assurance premiums and that I could press 5 for a call back within 48 hours or 9 to opt out. Given that I took out my life assurance 15 years ago, the idea that the premium will be less now is rather ridiculous. Blocked the number, suggest you do the same.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS IS A SCAM!! They have asked for my bank details and date of birth for 'security reasons' then ask to send money though western union!

Got an automated call from 0843 724 3147 saying it was an important call regarding my life insurance and they were legally obliged to tell me it was available cheaper. Press 5 to continue or 9 to opt out. I remained silent and it hung up. No mention of company name or my name so clearly a scam or a fishing call based on a guess. I knew my life insurance was about as cheap as it gets because I just switched and saved a load of money. I'll add it to my blocked list.

Automated phone call - offering the chance to win £250 of high street vouchers. If I opt-in someone will phone back to conduct a short survey about household items.

these people keep calling and i never asked for them to call,,im so fed up with the calls i cant block on my landline,, i never give out my mobi number and never have any calls from any company,, so im aware my number is sold to them from 1 of the 5 companies i deal with,,

When answered automated message regarding a PPI claim. Calls my business number and I've never had or wish to have a PPI claim!

This lot of nuisance callers should be banned!! They are a waste of food.

Called about my "delayed flight"

numbers like this I don't answer... immediately bing(le) and see who else they have called. numbers are added instantly to a rejected list... thinking now im going to buy a new phone number and not give it to anyone except trusted ones.... THEN we'll see who calls ... THEN i'll answer... THEN i'll blow my stack at the caller..???

Though I have blocked this number they still call but I do not answer calls I don't recognise or not expecting.

I keep getting unsolicited cold calls from this number, despite requests that they remove my details from their database. They ask to reply in order that they can process my PPI compensation. I ask how can this be, as I have never had PPI and therefore never made a claim. Bunch of half wits.

My phone has been called several times by this number. Fortunately I never answer a number I don't recognise, but having googled this number I see this is probably a call about PPI or similar.

Message says contacting re PPI claim. Hit 5 to speak to someone. Welsh guy answered. Asked what co he's from, "We Claim UK" was answer. Asked where got my details "THE Financial Database" was answer (interesting...). When asked him to wait a second (while I checked company name) he said the call costing them money and if I wanted removed from their records that was fine but he wanted to hang up. When I pointed out there's no such company as "We Claim UK" he hung up.
