Having read this. I pressed control alt delete and found Firefox running. Stopped Firefox and all was good again uninstall Firefox and a scan done all clear. It's a scam

mac laptop warned of trojan spyware breach & told us to call this number asap. I reluctantly called & had a very rude lad insisting that we direct the laptop to anydesk com so that he could fix the problem for us. We did not.
