Took a lot of money off the Inlaws in their 90's. Installed fake software on their laptop.

They masquerade like they are a legitimate company, they will get you to download LogMeInRescue software, so they can take control of your PC. Don’t let them into your PC, if you want legitimate protection, get Norton or something. They have set up an alert on her computer and embedded their phone number onto the taskbar. When they spoke with her, they also provided another number: 08081699973, which should also be considered dodgy.

These guys have my mother in law convinced she was getting software protection. They uploaded some dodgy software and flashed porn onto her screen, this number pops up and gets her to call… so they can extort money.

Took over my mums laptop when she clicked on something saying they would sort the bug out etc etc so they had control of her laptop. Total scam. Charged her £200. These people are absolute evil. Again Cyber-xone

Computer software scam beware

Like all the others, I was scammed the same way.

i all so have been scammed by this phone no. my computer went crazy and the phone no popped up on the screen. i called the no and was charged $180.00 for 2 years cover

My elderly mum was scammed out of £500 after clicking on a link that made her computer 'go crazy'. This number popped up as a way to fix the issue - it went through to Cyber-xone.com. They logged onto her computer and installed a Trojan and Spyware. Then charged her $600 over the phone for lifetime computer support. Obviously it was all a scam.

Scammed my family member out over over £200 for antivirus software which turned out to be spyware. Said they were Microsoft
