They were from John Lewis Trade in - I hadn’t confirmed an email link for cashback when I purchased a phone from John Lewis & sent in my old phone. The offer was about to expire. Was wary but def legitimate.
This number is for a company called Likewise. Amongst other things the process things like trade in value for iPhones for Apple. This was about a pending refund so I would say legitimate.

Say they are Likewize Mobile Phone insurance company acting for NatWest. I’m not convinced.
