Supposed to be Thames Water ..said I hadn't paid the agreed payments. I told them they had mucked up the bill and they were trying to sort it out last time I spoke to them. She said I'd agreed to pay £65 a month...so I replied no way..I can't afford that...and she put the phone down. Wondered why she couldn't pronounce my address but I did give my birthday unfortunately.

Keeps on calling. Tired of them. Claiming to be Thames water and want me to set D/D. When I told them that I already have one from the bank they mentioned, they hung up!!

Phishing/Billing Scam. Fraudulently claiming to be Thames Water. (They did not have correct info,& even their claimed billing amount was completely made up). DO NOT give out your personal info or account details.

i had a message from 0800 009 3815 claiming to be Thameswater and that a payment is due and i should visit www.thameswater.co,uk/pay or phone them to arrange payment - my supplier is Affinity Water so i didn't respond in any way
