*Scam call confirmed by virgin media today*. I picked my landline up today and I noticed that someone had tried to call me 8 times already. I had about as many 'unanswered calls yesterday' and they were all from many different standard looking mobile numbers, so watch out for that!.. *to the point: *I answered one call today, 'silence for a moment', then an Indian lady asked me "How are you?", so I asked her "who are you and why are you calling me?" she claimed to be from Virgin Media, then she said "The reason that I am calling you is because your internet is slow", I replied "No it's not slow, it's fine" at that point she hung up. Very unprofessional, she didn't call back (it's a confirmed scam call anyway) so they are just fishing for information, so don't even give them your name let alone any account details or any other information.
