Stated they are FCA regulated and verifying details for life insurance policy. They had no idea who my policy was with and just said they work with 'lots of providers'. Nonsense, don't give them any of your details, it's a scam.

Following an initial call from someone I could not hear very well, they transferred me through to a second adviser stating they are from the company "Waddle" and gave the website www.waddleinsurance.co.uk/. They wanted to check my insurance policy and stated they could give me advice on my police etc.

Called to confirm my life insurance provider and wanted to check to see if there have been any health of lifestyle changes. I asked them to state their company but line was too unclear to hear it despite it being repeated multiple times. They did not know who my life insurance provider was and they stated they are a 3rd party that works closely with a number of insurance providers.
