Said something about Clear Protect. Asking about life insurance which i don't have. I terminated call as unclear about purpose. Male UK accent.

Ring them up and they tell you they are ringing about your life insurance even though you don't have any! At least they answered so you could tell them to go away!!

Seems like a scam/ fraud. My experience was similar to other comments. Beware.

They started asking about life insurance policies, they had just enough information to catch me off guard whilst I half distracted doing something in a shop and I said more than I wish I had. Not too much I don't think but still confirmed more than I'd like.

They want more personal details. Also they answer when you ring back sp you can mess with them lol

No-one on the line when I answered.

Claimed to be from my life insurance company. Total scam.

Called asking for detail on Life Insurance - Scam

They said they were from clear protect but were quite difficult to understand. Once I stopped answering his questions he hung up.

Keep getting calls from the number 07874464612, just seen what everyone is saying and just wanted to confirm if what you experienced with those calls were coming from this same number?

Claim to be a company called Clear Protect, wanting to update my life insurance policy. They had my first name, but wouldn't disclose which insurer had instructed them to contact me or give their registered address to me. Person did at one point in the conversation suggest they would be able to help me hide things from my insurer...

Asking about my current life insurance policy… when I don’t even have one.

Called me by my first name, don’t know if they just needed a “yes” reply which I mistakingly did. It was a woman’s voice. I thought it was a friend calling me. They then said about an Aviva life insurance policy which I don’t have.
