Left tons of messages saying from south staffs water threatening collection agency coming for me if I don’t pay. Funny I have direct debit for the company. So do not reply block and report it.
Their message 'Your Payment Plan is due for review which you can do by contacting us on 0800 0930610. If we don t hear from you, we will automatically increase your instalments to ensure all your charges are covered"
supposed to be South Staffs water Company, but wont risk a reply.
