07553 975966 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

Got two calls from these people, didn't answer the first, when I answered the second I just got a piercing whistle that nearly blew my eardrums out! Then the phone went dead. Is there anywhere this can be reported?

We've recently been getting calls from this number, we haven't answered and they've left no message. It's particularly annoying that they're using a mobile number as I'd begun to think that maybe a friend or relative had changed their mobile number and forgotten to tell us. But at least I know now I can safely ignore it.

Life assurance critins - Installed TrueCaller app so now no need to do anything it rejects it but just tells me/you quietly that it's been zapped - one up theirs, "power to the people!"

Repetitive calls from this number after applying for a quote online a year ago...feel like I just need to succumb to these calls for the rest of days because no matter what you say or ask to stop it doesn't make the slightest of difference.

A bloke called me up and said "Hello, is Sharon there?" Well, sharon is my wife, and so I said yes, who shall I say is calling and then .... The line went dead. The mere fact that we pay a small fortune to the telecoms companies, should surely mean, that we should also be entitled to some form of protection against these types of phone calls... The protection should also be completely free too! There should be some kind of way that we can block individual numbers and when a number of people block that number, then the company should really look into why this is beign blocked and maybe do a blanket block... It wont take much will it?

Currently getting a call every hour from this number, haven't answered any but im getting really annoyed with them!!!!

Did not answer this number as suspected sales call. Called me a few times most recently left a lovely telephone message for me screaming "BitchShit" down the phone. Absolute scum.

Called from this no regularly. Nvr ansrd b4. Did today out of curiosity. Said hello three times to no response. Then line goes dead. Tried callback. Says no. not avail. Obv yet another scam. Beware of the calls from ppl claimin to b calling from Microsoft trying to hack computers. I played along they askin me to start up my laptop as there a security issue. I pretended to b doin as was asked. He then became abusive and called me a "bass-turd!!" to which i exclaimed that his calls were not recorded and i am giving him nothing so today he wont b ripping me off. They becum very pushy and manipulative in stating we need sort this issue to prevent fraud. Haha. They're the ones doin it. Absolute numpties.

Totally fed up with getting calls from these irritating people. I no longer answer landline or mobile until I know for sure who is calling.

I have had many calls from this number, never picked upbefore, did tonight out of curiosty. Female voice, all she said was 'did you think that comment was clever' and then the line went dead?? Very odd and a bit disturbing!

I get calls from this number, almost 4-6 x a day. It's extremely irritating. I've never picked it up as this company think they are now clever to use mobile numbers starting 07 instead of 0845 numbers. I will not pick this call as i understand once you answer their calls they know you are a human and are available and they will continue.

The calls are from some one who claims to be Go Compare life insurance ( from a mobile that's untraceable ) re a quote for life insurance that I had never asked for. no further call after I told them I was covered, polite caller, possible scam if asked for bank details later if I had followed it through.

this number is life insurance. I am afraid the number has started ringing me since I entered a competition / nothing is free in life!!!
