I received a text supposedly from DPD UK Parcel Update - "Delivery Pending Verification Courier Theo Harwood (ID: 517968) attempted delivery at 09:15 am but was unable to verify the delivery information. The parcel is currently awaiting confirmation at the depot." To summarise, the text gave a link to the website https://dpd.cargoflexa.cfd/com saying I should respond within 24 hours to reschedule delivery or redirection, or the parcel would be returned to the sender in two days. I did click on the link out of curiosity as this is the second time I have had this text, and my phone threw up a big red notice saying it was an unsafe website. I phoned DPD to check, and when I told the man the details he said immediately that it was a scam and that I shouldn't do anything I was asked to do.
