An English man no strong accent, said he was from a homes company that will get you compensation if the council or housing association haven’t done due repair works on your house and they will get the works done. Interesting this is the same phone number as the previous comment about mortgages. He is obviously running several scams at the same time.
Called twice by the same person on two different numbers talking about my mortgage ( that I don’t have). The second time he called ( in the evening out of hours) when I told him repeatedly I don’t have a mortgage, he replied that’s because you’ve paid it off. I’m a tenant. I told him to stop harassing me and blocked this number .
