Text messages using my first name, thanking me for helping a person (I don’t know anyone by the name, not even somebody connected in my job). And explaining something terrible has happened in the family, prompting me to call them as obviously don’t know what they are on about. It’s quite clever tbh. Delete it and report it as a scam.

Keith who talks about a family member called Karen.
