As soon as you answer a voice is already talking telling me they have job offer for me & to contact them on WhatsApp. I hung up, reported & blocked the number

The number called me this morning, and the caller was already speaking asvv CV I answered. They said they were from Human Resources and had a job for me.As I'm retired I was uninterested and hung up

I don’t usually answer unknown numbers but as this was a mobile number I answered which lasted all of 30 seconds because the minute I answered a voice was already speaking with no greeting to begin with, it was scratchy and barely audible so I hung up.
