Said he was from Sky and was offering me a 40% reduction for 2 years, ending in October 2027. I politely pointed out that as we were in June 2026, 2 years from now would be June 2028 so is it a 12 month, 18 month or 24 month contract? I could then hear him working it out, and he finally agreed with me. I advised him that basic mathematics was clearly beyond him but he kept going until I advised him that if he was going to scam someone, he should check his arithmatic first. He kept asking for my name, despite me asserting that if he rang me from Sky then he must know my details. He stated that if Sky employees are found to have accessed personal information, they would lose their job. I also had to constantly ask him to repeat himself because his command of the English language was not quite perfected.

100% scam, claimed to be sky could barely speak english, even so, it's probably not sky!

Asked if I’d experienced slow broadband and bad signal for sky. I asked if they could put this in an email as the signal was poor and they should have my details on file, and they hung up.

Said we're from sky and could reduce my sky contract,wanted me to confirm what I currently pay, I don't have sky obviously scam
