Have every day .. Indian guy with the name Alan Bond his English was so bad I couldn’t understand where he said he was from . Saying I had credit cards and did I buy from catalogues and I was in debt and he’d help me move all my debt .. I knew exactly where this was going
Call from an Indian-sounding guy saying he was from Public Health Scotland and asking me whether I had had my Covid vaccinations. I said "how can I be sure you're from PHS" and he said "don't worry - you'll be getting a letter from us after". I said "right - tell me your office number and your name and I will phone to see if you exist". He then called me "mental" and said "you should be taking some medications"! SPAM - BE VERY WARY!
They did not announce themselves as I use iPhone screening. This is a very useful tool if you have an iPhone. Thankfully the hospital do announce themselves so unknown numbers are answered. Had to educate doctors though as they thought it was an answering service.
