My parents called a number that was advertised as three sales - this number called back and gave them a “package” for an iPhone and deal! My mum initially thought it was great until she realised it was a scam!
claimed to be vodafone , has rang me 3 times in 30 mins 100% scam
Foreign lady said they were from Tesco mobile and that my sim was been upgraded to a 5G SIM card and that my SIM card would become locked after 48hrs wanted me to confirm my details.
Just for clarification I didn’t give them my name. I just wanted to see if they had it🤣🤣
Might be the worst scammer of all time. Called me claiming to be from HSBC and that someone had tried taking £100 out my account. Managed to keep them on the phone for about half an hour while they were trying to “fix their system” because my real name wouldn’t load for them. Gave them my old card details that I hadn’t used in years and she was absolutely buzzing until she realised it was expired. They came back forgetting they were on the phone to me and thought I was another potential victim and then claiming they were from Barclays. At least be good at scamming if you’re gonna take it up
Deffo not real, called me and said naff all. man ain’t gon fall for ts
Answer dont say anything the computer says goodbye and hangs up
they just hung up without saying anything 🙄,spam obviously.
"HMRC" saying a letter has been returned to them and legal action will be taken, then says to press 1 to speak to an agent. Very clearly a scam, don't answer!!
Just said goodbye when I answered. Don't usually answer calls I don't recognise but was expecting an important call
Claimed to be from HMRC and threatening legal action. Asked me to press 1 to speak to an officer.
Got the call, didn’t pick up as my phone flagged it as potential scam call. They left a few seconds voicemail where all I hear is wind
Said it’s HMRC and that there is a legal action against me. Scam, don’t pick up
Received the call today and didn't pick as the number has been flagged as "Potential Fraud" by my network.
Claimed to be from her Majesty's tax revenue service and threatened me with legal action then went quiet and hung up when I pressed 1 to speak to an officer. Do not answer.
Called saying it was her majesty tax revenue custom and legal action was to be taken against me. Clear scam so be careful
