Claimed to be from 02. Said that I needed a new sim card to use 5G but it wouldn't cost me anything and they would send out a new sim card for free. Then suddenly it was a new contract and they needed to fill out a form. So at that point I hung up. I don't think 02 would call from a mobile number.
