Called my parents house today asking to speak to my mum, got very nasty with me when I told him she'd passed away so I shouted back at him and hung up.

Called my parents today, wouldn't actually say what company he was calling from. Said it was homecare, and said if anything goes wrong in your house they sort it out. When questioned and told they didn't have that cover, they knew who they were insured with, the line went dead.

Charles from Home Cover Direct, rather bad line wanting to update their records I ended the call when he started asking if I had my own power of attorney.

This number rang today apparently from British gas homecare. Wanted account number of bank account. NO CHANCE. I rang B/G it wasn't them.!!!!!! Beware there's a thief about.
