Had a call from Anna saying they weee from children’s services. When searching the number comes back as Hampshire county council. I do not live in Hampshire, number blocked

Anna at something that sounded like insurance services, although it was very hard to understand with her accent left a message to call back. If unsure, then no. They can email. Suspected Spam of Scam.
